Delivery timings may vary with unstoppable circumstances, natural causes, and custom clearance delays. Above prices do not include any custom duty, excise duty, GST, VAT, etc other taxes. a 12 EUR custom clearance fee on each shipment is applicable for products under custom value leass than 1000 EUR / 1050 UK pounds. If applicable they shall be paid by the receiver and Design Info shall bear no responsibility for the same. Even if the application of tax on certain products has not been mentioned and an invoice has been sent without the applicability of taxes, the additional taxes applicable shall have to borne by the customer or receiver. Untill and unless such taxes have been paid in full amount by the reciver or customer who has placed order on the website online or has placed order via email transactions with reference to this terms and conditions page in the email, the product shall not be dispatched from Design Info.
If any product has been so mentioned as to be available, its guarantee to remain in stock remains for only 3 hours, unless the order has been confirmed with the payment. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless received damaged, upon which the product shall be exchanged once the damaged product has been returned.

Returns are only accepted at the sole discretion of Design Info. The returns claim can be initiated within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Products can be returned only if the product is damaged. If the customer orders an incorrect product then he/she will not have the ability to return the product . Returns may be cancelled or not accepted if they are dispatched late. The returns courier payments shall be borne by the customer oinly. Design Info shall not pay for any return courier and may charge extra for the exchanged product also.
